Have you ever dreamed to have a huge tree house as a kid? Or to live on a floating island only accessible by boat?

What if I told you that you could experience these childhood dreams all over again, but with the comfort you would expect while growing up?
This is possible with the hotel concept proposed by Coucoo Cabane Grands reflets.
This “Eco” lodge concept offers you the possibility to spend nights either at 5-6 m up into a luxury tree house or isolated on a lake house that you can only reach by rowing boat.
The most difficult part of your stay will be to choose between all 6 offers:

- Family accommodation
- Family accommodation with SPA
While the simple versions already will provide all the magic and comfort you can expect, the SPA version includes a personal Nordic hot tub. This is particularly awesome in the evening, when you want to enjoy the sunset while staying warm.

Food and accommodation
While breakfast is included, dinner has to be ordered as an extra. The meal consists of cold plates as the delivery concept is particular to that place. Upon arrival, a quick briefing from the staff allows you to customize your breakfast while dinner hast to be ordered earlier (if possible). Breakfast consists of fresh bread and croissants with coffee or tea depending on tastes. Dinner can be chosen between 3 options which are “Meat”, Veggie or Healthy platters, that can come with wine and drink of choice.
The meals are deposited at precise time slots at specific places and you will have to recover them. The concept is fun and “feeds” that idea of living on a remote island or in a secret tree fortress.
While living in the tree houses, your meal will be deposited in a basket right below your accommodation. You will have to simply pull it up with a rope and pulley system dedicated for that task. In the case of lake lodges, the meal basket is deposited in a box right on the shore. You will have to take your little boat and row back to recover it!
The concept is really fun and gives a really nice addition to your experience there.
Additional details
Upon arrival you will have a briefing right after your registration. If you are staying on the lake lodges, you will receive a backpack containing a small survival kit (^^), a swim jacket for safety as well as a map. After driving to the closest parking, you will have to jump in your “private” boat and row to your floating island. The whole experience is really fun and will complete your stay!
The floating houses as well as the tree huts have no running water. The toilet works with wood saw dust and you will have a water barrel for hand washing and toothbrushing. The showers are located near the reception, which is not completely convenient but understandable when you take into consideration the disposition and location of your private lodge. While this might be considered as a minor drawback, it does definitely not impede your stay!
