Sleeping under thousands of stars, isolated from the world in your own bubble!
This is possible at Thurgauer bubble hotel experience. Located at different places within the canton of Thurgau, these bubbles offer all the comfort you could need for a unique experience.
Accommodation
The bubble itself is located in a large garden. It is furnished with a bed, a table and two chairs as well as two solar lamps.
The bubble is located on a platform with table and chairs where you can eat and enjoy the sun.
The one we visited in Diessenhofen was next to the Rhein river where you could have a quick swim!
The overall experience is quite fun and definitely different from what I saw so far!
Bathrooms and toilets are located in a separate building and accessible with your key.
Food and meals
You can have dinner at the restaurant Unterdorf in Diessenhoffen directly! There you can enjoy an exclusive package comprising a 4 plater meal inkluding fitting wines choices!
Else the city of Diessenhofen is located at a 10 min walking distance. There are a few restaurant options available, some located along the river directly.
Breakfast is served at the bubble itself!
The breakfast is really nice! It consists of a choice of jams, yoghurt, meat and cheese and different bread types. Along comes coffee or tea depending on preferences!
Activities and visits
During your stay at the bubble, two E-Bikes are at your disposition! The good thing about that place is that it is located between The Rheinfalls and Stein am Rhein. This means you can access either place within a 40 min (max) bike trip!
With the E-bike, even the steepest roads are easily accessible! From our side we decided to make it to the rheinfalls but I guess that if you start the day early you might even manage both (despite the fact that they are oppositely located).
As mentioned before, the Rhein river is right next to your bubble! This means, you can have a swim and enjoy the fresh water! Beware of the strong current!
